Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 (2011 Chapter 23).

[摘要] This Act amends existing legislation so as to provide for a clean and safe local environment. It makes provision for a variety of matters relating to a cleaner and safer environment in urban and countryside areas (and for certain districts coastal areas) including littering, the prevention of statutory nuisance, pollution of lakes, rivers or ponds and noise pollution.
