[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of transportation of hazardous substances by internal railways, classification of hazardous substances and hazardous substances authorized for transportation by rail, the modalities of preparation of carriages for transportation of hazardous substances, the modalities of issuance of accompanying certificate and the modalities of acceptance and delivery of cargo.
