[摘要] This Resolution consisting of 10 articles aims at protecting the environment by providing for the rules to be followed by (i) the facilities authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Water to import, export and re-export pesticides; (ii) the companies authorized by the competent local authority to operate in the field of pest control; and (iii) the companies authorized by the competent local authority for collecting, transporting and disposing of damaged pesticides and their containers.
