[摘要] This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for the organization of protected natural area of regional significance with the consideration of the economic and natural features of the Ishim district, the purpose of the declaration, the definition of its protection regime. Natural monument “Mineral Lakes” shall be the property of the Tyumen region and includes waterbodies, landscape, arboreal, shrubby and grassy vegetation.
