Decree No. 67/2010 amending the Regulation on Environmental Quality and Effluents’ Emissions.

[摘要] This Decree amends articles 23 and 24 and Annexes I and V of the Regulation on Environmental Quality and Effluents’ Emissions, related to taxes for special authorizations and new fines and sanctions for illegal activities. Annexes IA and IB deals new standards of air quality, atmosphere polluting agents and parameters for carcinogenic Inorganic and Organic agents. Annex V lists potentially harmful chemical substances.
