Regional Law No. 629-38-OZ “On realization of state plenary powers in the sphere of protection of public health”.

[摘要] The scope of this Regional Law shall be realization of state powers in the sphere of protection of public health at the regional level. Regional Government shall be responsible for organization of provision of the population with foodstuffs of special dietary uses, validation of the modalities of ensuring complete full value nutrition to pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age with infant food in accordance with the recommendations of doctors.
