[摘要] The objectives of this Agreement are to: a) foster cooperation and coordination between the Parties concerning the environmental assessment of projects while meeting the requirements of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act and of the Quebec Environment Quality Act; b) to describe the roles and responsibilities of the Parties in implementing cooperative environmental assessments, thereby achieving more efficient use of public and private resources.
