[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Environment Damage Act of 10 May 2007 (BGBl. I p. 666). In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the Nature Protection, Water and Soil Conservation Office shall be responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Act in the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
