[摘要] This Decree contains special and common rules regarding the environmental protection charge of domestic and imported products subject to the payment of the charge, requisites of registration of data regarding products subject to the charge for reimbursement purposes, rules of classification of imported used rubber tyres before customs clearance, rules regarding the distribution through application of subsidy to the payment of the charge.
