Regional Decree No. 56-p “On regional territorial subsystem of the unified state system of the prevention of disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof”.

[摘要] This Regional Decree sets forth the modalities of organization and functioning of the regional territorial subsystem of the unified state system of the prevention of disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof. The scope of the aforesaid subsystem shall be protection of the population and territory against disasters, including safety of human life in waterbodies and fire safety provisions on the regional territory.
