Nature and Environment Advisory Board Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the Nature and Environment Protection Advisory Board. The task of the Board is to advise the competent Ministries in all questions of both general and fundamental importance concerning nature protection and the environment. The text – consisting of 10 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: tasks, composition, Committee for nature protection, right to propose, appeal, duration and deputy compensation and entry into force.
