[摘要] This Decree-Law, composed of 11 articles, rules on the sugar cane production for biofuel. In particular, the Institute of Sugar and Alcohol is the competent authority entitled to carry out a general revision on the production of suga cane for each State, considering: consumption needs; sugar cane production for each Federal Units; deficit between production and consumption of the importing State and other provisions on this sector.
