Regional Law No. 28-ZS amending Regional Law No. 15-ZS “On protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters”.

[摘要] Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Territory subject to risks of fast-evolving dangerous natural phenomena and t technogenic processes shall be considered land areas, water areas or air space, or critically important or potentially hazardous industrial or social object classified as such territory through forecasts of outbreak of disasters and assessment of socio-economic consequences of disasters”.
