[摘要] This Regional Act lays down the rules and procedures to be followed for Strategic Environmental Assessment required for the implementation of projects and programmes that may have an impact on the environment and cultural heritage. Furthermore it updates certain provisions laid down under Regional Act No. 38 of 1998 concerning Environmental Impact Assessment.
