[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Energy Industry Act of 7 July 2005. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 46 on Exploitation agreements; article 46a on Information claim by municipality; article 46b on Notification of complaints, preclusion. The text consists of 3 articles.
