[摘要] These Regulations implement provisions of the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Act, 2008 which establishes the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications of South Africa. The Regulations concern, among other things: payment of levy to the National Regulator, payment for services preformed by the National Regulator, registration of manufacturers, record-keeping obligations and directives issued by the CEO in terms of section 15(1) of the Act.
