[摘要] Part (9) of the Article 13 shall acquire a new wording: “Transportation in transit through the territory of the Republic of Moldova of hazardous substances (nuclear materials, radioactive waste, hazardous chemicals, poisonous agents, etc.) shall be carried out in accordance with the governmental authorization.”
