Decree No. 292 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On arrangements for implementation of Law No. ZRU-354 “On compliance assessment”.

[摘要] This Decree determines the modalities of accrediting and inspection control for compliance assessment. Accrediting shall be performed for official confirmation of competence of the object of accrediting and independence thereof. In case of positive decision on accrediting the National accrediting body shall issue accrediting certificate. The scope of accrediting shall be consumer protection and protection of public health.
