[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of forming, expenditure, as well as management and control over finances of Moscow Regional ecological fund. Moscow regional ecological fund is a purposeful budgetary fund and represents financial fund set up within regional budget. Finances of Moscow Regional ecological fund cannot be used for purposes not corresponding to the purpose of Regional budgetary fund. The document consists of 7 Articles.
