Antiquities, Monuments and Museum (Amendment) Act (No. 63 of 2011).

[摘要] This Act amends the Antiquities, Monuments and Museum Act so that the pincipal Act also applies to underwater cultural heritage. It also insert a new section 11(a) which requires a person who discovers underwater cultural heritage to report the discovery to the Minister. Amendments concern, among other things, a licence to survey for or recover underwater cultural heritage.
