[摘要] Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Classification of waste by hazardousness class shall be performed in conformity with the level of hazardousness of waste for environment and public health (toxicity, ecotoxicity, explosiveness, and fire risks) and other hazardous properties of waste”.
