Energinet.dk Act (No. 1097 of 2011).

[摘要] Through this Act, the Minister for Climate and Energy sets rules and adopts provisions to implement international conventions and EU directives and decisions regarding the protection of the environment of territorial waters and the exclusive economic zone. The Act applies to the establishement of Energinet.dk, an independent institution responsible for the enforcement of infrastructure projects related to energy production.
