Act on environmental assessment of plans and programs (No. 936 of 2009).

[摘要] This Act aims to ensure a high level environmental protection through plans and programmes significantly efficient to the integrate biodiversity, human health, fauna, flora, soil, water, air, climatic factors, material assets, landscape, cultural heritage such as architectural and archaeological heritage with their environmental development. In order to implement such plans, assessments in adherence to EU regulations is required and approval thereof shall be granted by local authorities.
