Law on the Establishment of the Ministry of Environment.

[摘要] The Ministry of Environment is established under the jurisdiction of the Royal Government of Cambodia. The Ministry shall administer and manage the environment in Cambodia. It is headed by a Minister assisted by a secretary of State and/or Under secretary. Details of organization and functioning of the Ministry shall be established by Decree. All provisions contrary to the provisions of this Law are abrogated.
