[摘要] Federal Law No. 33-FZ on protected areas shall be amended in relation to access of natural persons to protected areas in accordance with the modalities of access to such protected areas. In particular, natural persons not residing within the territory of protected areas shall be granted the right of access to protected areas for payment or free of charge.
