Regional Law No. 61-GD amending Regional Law “On environmental protection and nature management”.

[摘要] Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Sectoral bodies of the regional executive authority in the sphere of environmental protection and nature management in relation to domestic and non-domestic waste management shall be responsible for validation of guidelines for calculation of rates of waste production and limits of waste disposal in relation to economic activities generating waste on sites subject to regional environmental audit”.
