[摘要] This Decree is composed of nine articles. It further regulates Law No. 9.975 on the National Policy for Environmental Education. Particular attention is paid to the regulation of the Managing Authority in charge for coordinating the Policy. Moreover, the Decree rules on the guidelines for Policy implementation at national level.
