Regional Law No. 93 “On energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that stimulation of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency shall be performed through: (a) subsidies, preferential tax rates and dues collection applicable to the organizations carrying out arrangements for improvement of energy efficiency; (b) subsidies for fulfilment of arrangements on energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency within the framework of regional programs.
