[摘要] The purpose of this Order is to establish surcharges to apply on the production of electricity by photovoltaic plants connected from 20 November 2012 and thereafter. Surcharges may be augmented in accordance to Energinet.dk, specifically for pool of photovoltaic plants of 20MW/year production between 2013-2016. Agreement for the increase of surcharges is based on the installation address specified in the application, and may not delegated.
