Ministerial Decree No. 85 validating the Regulation on licensing authority for pesticides, SHP and toxic agricultural chemicals.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that local government shall be licensing authority responsible for licencing of processing, trade and application of pesticides, SHP and toxic agricultural chemicals. Consumer protection committee subordinated to the Ministry of National Economy shall be certification authority regarding compliance of processing, trade and application of pesticides, SHP and toxic agricultural chemicals with the provisions of the national legislation.
