[摘要] This Act amends certain articles of Act No. 929 with regard to the partial implementation of the Convention on the control and management of ships' ballast water (Ballast Water Convention) and setting regulations on the assessement of environmental impact (EIA) for mariculture located 1 mile off the coast.
