[摘要] The present Regulation is made under the Workplace Safety and Health Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes that an administrative penalty may be levied to an individual or firm for failure to comply with an improvement order (issued by a safety and health officer for a contravention under the Act). The text consists of 6 sections and 1 Schedule describing the violation and laying down amount of first, second and third administrative penalty.
