Law No. 2.257 on Environmental Licence and Authorization.

[摘要] This Law, consisting of 17 articles, establishes terms and conditions to obtain Environmental Licence and Authorization within the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. It establishes requirements to be satisfied in order to perform any activity related to environmetal sector which must be approved through the above mentioned environmental licences. The State Fundation for Environment-Pantanal is the competent authority to issue such authorizations and establish their duration.
