[摘要] This Law, consisting of 3 Titles, establishes control over mineral and water resources exploitation, including petroleum and natural gas. It states that the follow-up and monitoring of the exploitation of the above mentioned natural resources performed by concessionaires, licensees, assignees and others are under the competence of the State of Sergipe.
