[摘要] This Ministerial Decree, for the prevention of environmental pollution and pollution of agricultural commodities, prohibits the use of highly toxic pesticides. The decision on prohibition of use and termination of the registration of pesticides shall be made by the National Commission on Testing and Registration of Chemicals and Pesticides in accordance with data of the International Register of Potentially Toxic Chemicals (UNEP).
