Energy Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Energy Law of 7 March 1989. Article 1 esetablishes that the Building, Environment and Economic Office is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Competent authority (I); Energy safety measures (II); Promoting measures (III); Final provisions (IV).
