Ministerial Decree No. 716 validating the Regulation on formation of reserve quantity within national quota of emissions of greenhouse gases destined for distribution among national operators.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that reserve quantity shall be intended additional amount to be added to quotas assigned to the national operators and installations within the national plan of distribution of such quotas. Authorized state environmental protection institution shall make decision on formation of reserved amount of emissions. Reserve amount shall be set forth in carbon units and shall be formed for the period of validity of the national plan of distribution of emission quotas.
