Access to the Countryside (Coastal Margin) (England) Order 2010 (S.I. No. 558 of 2010).
[摘要] This Order, made under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, sets out, for England, descriptions of land which are coastal margin for the purposes of Part 1 of the Act. It also makes provision with respect to specified proposals relating to land which is coastal margin.
