[摘要] This Regional Act defines and regulates in detail the procedures to be followed at the time of carrying out Environmental Strategic Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment and Incidence Assessment. The aim is to ensure environmental protection in the elaboration, adoption and implementation of plans and projects that may affect the ecosystem and surrounding environment.
