[摘要] This Ordinance implements provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 259/93 on the supervision and control of shipments of waste within, into and out of the European Community and appoints the States of Guernsey Health and Social Services Department (the Board) as the competent authority of dispatch and destination and of transit in relation to Guernsey for the purposes of the Regulation.
