Law No.32 of 2010 on the general policy of the electricity sector.

[摘要] This Law consisting of 53 articles aims at (i) providing electricity to meet the needs of the society and the national economy; (ii) allow all the involved sectors, private, or public, national, local, Arab and foreign to invest in the fields of electricity generation and distribution; and (iii) supporting the use of renewable energies and encouraging the localization of their industry.
