Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2013.

[摘要] These Regulations make provisions for compoundable offences in accordance with section 74 of the Energy Conservation Act. These offences may be compounded by the Director-General, or any officer of the National Environment Agency authorised by the Director-General.
