[摘要] The Annex attached to the present Decree regulates with detail the procedures to be followed to authorize the shipment and transport as well as the landing and transhipment of dangerous goods. Point 4 of the Annex specifies the documentation to be kept by vessels allowed to transport dangerous goods.
