Public Contracts and Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009 (S.S.I. No. 428 of 2009).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 and the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 in relation with threshold values as prescribed by Community legislation and amended from time to time. They implement Directive 2007/66/EC of the European Parliament and Council amending Council Directives 89/665/EEC and 92/13/EEC with regard to improving the effectiveness of review procedures concerning the award of public contracts.
