[摘要] This Act makes provision for maritime administration in Bermuda, gives a definition of British and Bermudan ships, prescribes rules relative to the registration of ships in Bermuda and navigation and related matters and contains provisions relative to the management of waste by ships, the prevention of oil pollution and the liability for oil pollution caused by ships and related matters. The Act consists of 256 sections divided into 14 Parts. It is completed by 11 Schedules.
