Regional Law No. 94-IV “On environmental audit”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of organization and conduct of environmental audit by the authorized regional institution in the sphere of environmental audit and establishes requirements for materials, data, information, calculation and documentation related to environmental audit. It also envisages the possibility of organization of public environmental audit and the right of citizens to access to information and data related to the outcome of environmental audit.
