[摘要] These Regulations amend the Planning Regulations 2004 in regulation 44 as follows: For the expression “subsection 45(1) or 45(3)” in subregulation (6) substitute: “section 34 or section 53 of the Act”. Subregulation 6 concerns the refund of a fee if a an application made under subsection 45(1) or 45(3) is withdrawn.
