[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Categories of hazardousness for each enterprise shall be established separately for emissions, effluent wastewater discharge and waste disposal in accordance with the Annex 2. At the same time categories of hazardousness with a view of establishment of periodicity of reporting and control shall be determined at the highest risk category".
