[摘要] This Act applies to municipal environment administration. In addition, tasks and management at the municipal level are regulated by other legislation relating to environment protection (sect. 1). Municipal environment protection shall be guided and supervised by County Councils, which shall be subordinated in this field to the Ministry of Environment.
