[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Landfill operators are exempted from landfill waste disposal fees for disposal of phosphogypsum waste and disposal of hazardous waste (bottom and fly ash) after the incineration of hazardous waste from a hazardous waste landfill.”
